RT300M Backlight Tester Fault Diagnostic Tool is designed for TV LCD LED backlight testing. You can get its real voltage and current data with its digital display screen.
Smart identification between lamp bead and light bar, anode and cathode, which protect the lamp bead from burning out ，After finishing test for 30S, enter sleep mode without electric shock,short connect the probes to wake. Available for smart and infinite adjustment at 300mA wide current range Short connect probes for 3S, adjust the maximum constant current value at 1-300mA.

During the current setting process, the current values 000, -1, 1.0, 20, 30...300 are displayed.
3. Polarity indication:
When testing LED lights/bars, the red pen is connected to "+", the black pen is connected to "-", and there is no red dot, which is called "positive connection".
When testing LED lights/bars, the red pen is connected to "-", the black pen is connected to "+", and the red is lit, which is called "reverse connection".
Sleep indication:
After xx seconds of no-load, the voltage output drops to the safe voltage range, and only red lights up to wake up.

5. Mode indication:
In the manual mode and low voltage mode under high pressure, the red light is on.
The automatic mode is limited to high voltage and has no red dot.
6. Voltage output: DC output, voltage range DC1~300V; red is positive and black is negative.
8. Current setting: Under high pressure state, long press can set the current value; during lighting, short press can increase about 5mA.
Voltage switching: It is recommended to short-press the switching low voltage [DC14-16V] and high voltage [DC1-300V under no-load conditions.

After the RT300M is powered on, it can directly measure the LED, and can identify most of the lights, light bars and backlights on the market. Automatic polarity switching, no need to worry about the wrong reverse burning beads.
Manual file:
1.Short-circuit the test pen for three seconds, enter the setting state, the set value is 1mA, 20mA, 20-300mA freely set
set.
2.Can be used to test the forward and reverse withstand voltage of capacitors, Zener diodes, diodes, transistors, MOS tubes, LEDs and other components.
Customer notice:
1.If it cannot be recognized automatically, switch to manual mode for measurement.
2.Manual mode switch back to automatic mode, you need to enter the setting state to AUO or unplug the tester AC plug, and then plug in the internal capacitor after discharge.
3.Due to the large power output, the RT300M has 256 levels of dimming. As the current increases, the brightness of the LED gradually increases. Please protect your eyes when measuring. Do not look directly at the LED.
4.RT300M in the 300mA baking machine, gradually reduced to 150mA after 90 seconds, support long-time baking machine.
5.iFix baking machine test 200V backlight, no pressure for 10 hours, but this is a test tool after all, try not to burn the machine for a long time.
